The Field will be Limited to the First 50 Teams that Enter!!!
The New Charles River Run Relay will run concurrently with the 7.5 Miler & 5Km. There will be two legs to this 7.5 mile Team Relay (3.1m & 4.4m).
A team member must run at least one full leg. Relay runners
will have a red colored bib number worn on the the front
of their tee shirt or racing singlet and they will carry
batons. Baton passing will take place only at the designated
exchange point. Teams making exchanges anywhere else other
than at the authorized exchange location will be disqualified.
The exchange location will be on Charles River Road and
your team mate will be transported there and you will be
transported back by us - (1) runner will start the race
on Greenough Boulevard and (1) Runner will be at the Charles
River Road exchange zone. The Transportation to the exchange
location leaves at 8:45 A.M. from the parking lot of the
American Legion Marsh Post #442. There will only be one
trip - so make sure you are on time:>)
$42.00 before and on June 18, 2008 - includes a multi-colored quality tee shirt for each runner
$50.00 after June 18, 2008 - multi-colored quality tee shirts as available
The following teams will compete for awards one deep (divisions):
Open Team - Men & Women (0-39 years old)
Masters Team - Men & Women (40-49 years old)
Sr. Masters Team - Men & Women (50 years old plus)
Mixed Open Team (all ages) ...must have a minimum of 1 woman on a team..
Mixed Masters Team (40-49 years old) ...must have a minimum of 1 woman on a team..
Mixed Sr. Masters Team (50 years old plus) ...must have a minimum of 1 woman on a team
Clydesdale Team (all ages) ...190lbs. minimum weight per man
Filly Team (all ages) ...140lbs. minimum weight per women
